Terms of service

Effective 16 May 2026.

Draft. These terms describe the platform’s intended commitments and are not yet signed off by external counsel. Specific SLAs, retention windows, and termination notice periods below are working positions, not contracts. The binding terms attached to your subscription are in your order form; email legal@safarimondo.pro for the current version.

1. Subscription

Your subscription begins on the date you activate a paid tier and continues monthly (or annually, if you choose annual) until you cancel.

2. Acceptable use

  • The Bush is for verified operators. Don’t share access. Each user account is tied to one human at one verified organisation; identity-sharing triggers immediate suspension.
  • Don’t use Safari AI to generate proposals you don’t intend to ship. Quota cycling, third-party reselling, or training-data extraction are grounds for immediate termination.
  • No scraping. No reverse-engineering. Our per-operator LoRA adapters are tenant-isolated; attempting to exfiltrate another operator’s adapter is grounds for immediate termination, civil action, and a public Bush post explaining why your account is gone.
  • No spam, abuse, or harassment on Bush. Flag → moderation queue → human review within 24 hours → soft-delete or full ban on confirmed abuse. Pattern abuse triggers org-wide review.

3. AI use

Safari AI is a tool, not a substitute for your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing every itinerary before sending it to a traveller and for verifying any line item flagged with verify before send in the editor. We disclaim liability for unreviewed AI output that reaches a customer. We don’t autonomously send proposals or vouchers; a human always presses send.

When Safari AI generates an itinerary, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that input/output pair as anonymised training data for your own per-operator adapter only. Your data does not train any other operator’s adapter. We do not train Anthropic or OpenAI’s underlying models on your data; provider-side opt-outs are configured for every API call.

4. Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance via Stripe. Default currency is USD; KES, ZAR, TZS, GBP, and EUR are available on annual plans. Failed payments retry for 14 days before the account is suspended; account data is retained for an additional 60 days before deletion. If you suspend voluntarily (e.g. off-season), data retention extends to 180 days at no additional charge.

5. Data ownership

Your operator data is yours. You can export at any time via the settings panel — JSON or CSV, your choice. On cancellation, we delete within 90 days unless you request earlier deletion or pay for a 180-day extended-retention window (USD 100/month).

Bush forum content you post is licensed to us under a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display in the forum and the retrieval layer for your org’s Safari AI. You can delete your own posts at any time; we honour the deletion across both surfaces within 24 hours.

6. Service levels

  • Workshop: 99.0% monthly uptime, best-effort support during business hours UTC. Standard DPA.
  • Studio: 99.5% monthly uptime, 4-hour first-response SLA on business days during business hours UTC. Standard DPA.
  • Atelier: 99.9% monthly uptime, 1-hour first-response SLA across 24 hours of European working time. Custom DPA.

SLA credits — applied automatically when we miss — are documented in your order form. Public status page at /admin/status; subscribe via RSS for real-time updates.

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We disclaim consequential, incidental, and lost-profits damages. This is the standard SaaS limitation; if you need different terms (your enterprise insurance requires custom liability terms), the Atelier tier supports custom riders.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days’ written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. We may suspend immediately for breach of the acceptable-use policy, non-payment, or a security event that requires isolation. On termination, your data is exported (we’ll dispatch the export within 7 days) and deleted within 90 days.

9. Changes to these terms

We post material changes with 30 days’ grace before they apply. Non-material changes (typos, clarifications without changing meaning) take effect immediately. The current version of this document, at the URL you’re reading it on, is the binding one. Archive of historical versions available on request.

10. Governing law

  • For operators based in the EEA: Ireland.
  • For operators based in Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, South Africa, Botswana, Namibia): Kenya.
  • For operators elsewhere: England and Wales.

Disputes go to mediation first (15 working days), then arbitration under the applicable jurisdiction’s commercial rules. Class actions waived. Jury trial waived where the governing law permits.
