Roadmap

What is shipping next.

Three lanes. Shipping now is what the team is building this week. Next is what is queued, scoped, and ready for the next sprint. Later is on the radar but not on the calendar.

Shipping now

In active build.

  • Rate-card import

    In progress

Upload a lodge rate card as PDF or spreadsheet. Sonnet extracts the structured rates; operator reviews and accepts. Text-paste path is already live; the file-upload path lands once the storage bucket is provisioned.

  • End-to-end Playwright coverage

    In progress

The four critical flows on Chromium, WebKit, and a mobile viewport: enquiry to sent proposal, itinerary to confirmed booking, operator onboarding, Bush post and reply. Marketing-route smoke tests already land in CI.

Next

Queued.

  • Eval set, expanded

More hand-authored enquiry-to-itinerary fixtures with anonymised partner data. Runs on every model or prompt change.

  • Operator pilots

Structured paid pilots with real operators on real workflows. The shape of the platform after the pilot informs everything below.

Later

On the radar. Not yet on the calendar. Order is informed by what the partner cohort asks for.

  • Pillar 04 — Operations

Vehicle and driver scheduling, timesheets, supplier-invoice reconciliation. Ships when the partner cohort tells us the inbox problem is solved.

  • Payments and payouts

Stripe for traveller-side payments; Flutterwave, Paystack, and M-Pesa for supplier payouts.

  • Per-operator fine-tuning

Closed-loop fine-tuning from accepted and rejected itineraries. The schema is in place; the operationalisation isn’t.

  • Bilingual content (Français, Kiswahili)

Operator UI and traveller-facing proposal in French and Swahili. Francophone Africa and the East-coast lodge network ask for it.
