What you should know before the call
- What is it priced against?
- Per consultant — the unit that scales with your business. We’re benchmarking against what you already spend on Wetu, Tourplan, ResRequest, WeTravel, plus the time your team spends on the work the platform replaces.
- Is there a free tier or a demo period?
- No free tier. The platform is operator-priced trade software; running it on real enquiries costs us real AI inference. We do a paid pilot with the first cohort instead — a structured run on your real workflow with a defined exit criterion.
- What about AI generation cost?
- Each plan includes a pooled monthly generation cap. You won’t hit it on normal usage. We surface usage in-product before you’re anywhere near the ceiling and the cap is configurable per org if your shape is different.
- Are migration and data-import included?
- Yes. We migrate you off Wetu, Tourplan, or ResRequest at no extra cost during the pilot — that’s how we earn the contract. Our team does the data lift; you sign off.
- Where does our data live?
- Supabase EU-West (Frankfurt). PII never leaves your organisation; traveller names are scrubbed before any AI provider sees a prompt. Full detail on the privacy page.
- Are we locked in?
- Monthly billing by default. Annual is available at a discount. Export-your-data is a self-serve button — your operator data is yours.
